Roll Call of Votes to Send the Health Care Constitutional Amendment to a Special Study Committee

The first document lists the State Senators and the one below it lists the State Representatives who voted yes at the July 12, 2006 ConCon on the motion to send the Health Care Amendment to study.  A study motion is a common tactic used to kill a bill or an amendment.  The Amendment Campaign and all of its supporters have vowed to do everything we can to get this amendment its deserved up or down vote at the November 9, 2006 Constitutional Convention, where it requires only 50 YES votes to be placed on the statewide ballot in 2008.
